The registration fee includes:

  • participation in the scientific program of the Symposium
  • Symposium materials including the Symposium Program and Book of Abstracts
  • refreshments during the breaks, get-together party, the symposium excursion and the banquet
  • hotel accommodation in the the Grand Hotel Bellevue for 4 nights
  • full board
  • VAT is included in the fees according to Slovakian VAT Law

Students must identify themselves with the student ID.
Anyone enrolled in a full-time program of study is eligible for the student rate. The registration form must be accompanied by a letter from the participant’s supervisor confirming this status.


Payment of the registration fee and any other applicable fees should be made to the beneficiary, preferably before 30 June 2018.


  • All bank charges must be covered by the transmitter.
  • Registration will be confirmed after receipt of payment.

Cancellation policy

Refund requests can be submitted to the Symposium Secretariat. 30% refund can be granted if notification of cancellation has reached the conference secretariat before 20 July 2018. No refunds can be granted after this date. Refunds will be processed after the Symposium.

A certificate of attendance can be collected at the registration desk.
